For listed companies, we act as company secretary and assist in preparation and publication of annual, interim and quarterly report and results, obtaining share repurchase and insurance mandates, preparation of circulars and public announcements, Organization of Annual and Extraordinary General Meetings and related matters. Further, we communicate with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and regulatory bodies on transactions and disclosure requirements. As well as handling other special transactions such as the disclosure of notifiable and connected transactions, placing and repurchase of shares, rights issue, issue of warrants and options, bonus issue and scrip dividend scheme, subdivision, consolidation and reclassification of shares, adoption of share option scheme, amendment to the articles of association, change of company name, and changes of corporate structure etc.
